For nearly two decades, D&A Communications (a boutique marketing and public relations firm) has developed creative strategies that stimulate public interest in community issues, public policy, products, and services.

Position Overview

D&A Communications is seeking to fill a senior level operations position that will play an integral role in the Agency's day-to-day business by working closely with the Communications team, our clients, and the CEO. This position will lead, monitor, and work with client projects, Communications staff, and project stakeholders in an operational role that provides oversight of current projects, engagement of new client projects, and coordination of tasks that lead to quality product delivery.

In addition, this position will serve as an internal resource for Communication staff to drawn upon in order to ensure that client work products are meeting the agency standards throughout the entire life cycle from inception to implementation and evaluation effectiveness.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting, developing and implementing integrated marketing, advertising, and communication programs; developing communications plans that include research, messaging, public engagement tools, and social media; manage, develop, and execute branding and marketing programs; provide writing and editing support for all outbound communications including scopes of work, collateral materials, proposals, website content, newsletters and reports; coordinate media relations support; manage public awareness campaigns, special events, and community partnerships; create outreach programs that utilize social media and online tools to engage the public and facilitate the exchange of information; develop and manage project schedules, metrics, and budgets; management of staff, and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in communications, business, management, technical writing, English, or related field and seven (7) years of public relations experience in progressively responsible positions with three (3) of the seven years in leading teams or supervising more than five direct reports.
